Can VTP clients add, modify, or delete VLANs?

VTP (VLAN Trunking Protocol) clients cannot add, modify, or delete VLANs. The primary role of a VTP client is to receive VTP advertisements from a VTP server and update its VLAN configuration based on those advertisements. While VTP servers are authorized to make changes to VLAN configurations in the domain, VTP clients simply adopt the VLAN information provided by the server.
