What does OSPF Type 2 LSA represent?

In OSPF (Open Shortest Path First), Type 2 Link State Advertisements (LSAs) are known as Network LSAs. These LSAs are generated by designated routers (DRs) within broadcast and non-broadcast multi-access networks.
